This week has been incredibly good.
I have been trying my level best to keep a 40:40:20 ratio of Carbs:Protein:Fat and it seems to be working. I have lost 6 pounds this week;
I have also been following the Couch to 5k routine and in the first few weeks of that routine I was feeling healthier but nothing showed on the scale. My diet was messed up in the first few weeks. But this week, my diet has been spot on and I have also been Walking and jogging as per the program. Today is 5 mins walk / 10 mins jog / 5 mins walk and I might also go for a swim.
