The first few days I was miserable and grumpy. I had to keep looking at my "muffin top" to stay motivated. Now, I am actually more energetic, and the 2 lb. weight loss has just made me even more motivated. I am a little worried about today though as I will be traveling out of town. It seems like that is when I make the worst food choices.
120.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 10.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
