Wow it's still amazes me how much salty foods like ham and chips will make a person retain water and gain like 3 lbs in one day. Guess I should know better by now, but still like those salty indulgences every so often. I'll just drink lots of water until its out of system. ;-)
152.6 lb Lost so far: 2.4 lb.    Still to go: 12.6 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
gaining 16.8 lb a week
