I'm still up from my concert Friday (pizza and alcohol ) but I think my real problem is that I haven't been excercising ! I've got to start at least walking 20 minutes a day !
155.3 lb Lost so far: 7.7 lb.    Still to go: 5.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
