life is so hard but I learn that if you start walking things get and feel better. you also think better but if I don't walk I feel tired and thinking bad thoughts and eat bad things. I believe in my Lord and I can do this amen.
276.4 lb Lost so far: 28.6 lb.    Still to go: 147.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

So, I was coming home from work and sitting on the couch tired and worn out. I went to my doctor and did blood work. Turns out, I had minimal vitamin D in my system. (Which helped explain all my cavities). I started taking vitamin D and then I started walking again too. I would love to say that I shook off those pounds, but it is a journey for sure. But I feel better. Lately, I have started prayer walking...which is I pray for people as a I pass them. Sometimes, I even let them know. Mostly, I pray that God blesses people. As it turns out, I have more energy. I feel better about me, and about many things. I am praying that God blesses you in your journey.
