Well up again But I did eat a piece of birthday cake yesterday So a girls got to eat cake once in a while I've also been eating those delicious maca Damia nuts too late in the evening So......I'm gonna avoid them all together for a while ...I think I've been eating too much of those I actually had 2 portions of those yesterday that's 420 calories I'm gonna hide them from myself Just gonna keep figuring this out got to reach 150 👍
155.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 5.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
