I ate everything in sight this weekend. I did at least make it to the gymn the last three days, probably the only reason i didn't gain any weight. I did better yesterday and today has been OK too. Hopefully will see a change in the next week.
154.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 19.4 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
