my 1 hour of running didnt even cover the calories of my crunch burger i just INHALED!! no motivation in the LEAST!! still waiting for that miracle cure / pill where i wake up fit and thinner!
150.1 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 17.9 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
