I had a good workout last night. I did pure cardio from Insanity. It was pretty hard, but I think I can adjust to that program. Right now my plan is to use it as a substitute for the cardio workouts in P90X to change things up. I also think it's a harder workout than some of the P90X workouts. I still like lifting the weights, though. I'll do core synergistics tonight.
208.6 lb Lost so far: 66.4 lb.    Still to go: 3.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
