Saturday Finally NJ. Fiber & Salad yesterday.
5:15 awake still pulled calf muscle. Coffee Slim fast. Salad. Toffee bar. 2:30
141.4 lb Lost so far: 10.6 lb.    Still to go: 21.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
