since I've had to incorporate protein smoothies in my 40-30-30 eating. Interesting that the right smoothie ingredients can keep you sated longer. wtg! weigh in on Monday; after a cheat meal tonight or tomorrow. "Feeling" like I've lost 5 lbs. at the moment. I'm a skinny fat body and it's no good. the first half of my life I was naturally athletic and ate anything. Thankfully I noticed the warning indicators and have a lot of latitude to use the next 6-12 mos to rework body composition. Shed fat and gain muscle strength and overall health. feeling grateful
