uh ho.....I'm not supposed to be losing weight. I'm supposed to be losing fat (which is still at about 22%) and building muscle....My arms and shoulders are def more defined...and it's been noted I have no back fat :) But there are still jiggly parts....Personal trainer is off for the week :( Gotta do work without the support...wish me luck.
120.8 lb Lost so far: 46.4 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
