Gained weight, unfortunately, due to too much snacking and poor food choices. Making a fresh start today, so decided to weigh myself to get an assessment of where I was starting from.
168.8 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 38.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
