Do not diet but on three occasions consumed fat trimmed pork loin and boneless
skinless chicken breasts combined with a little fruit for four days each time.
Did not gain even one pound.
When consuming significant amounts of tuna sandwiches weight does decrease but
hope there is not a lot of mercury building up in the body.
Going to try reducing fiber (mostly beans) and cut down on portion sizes.
200.0 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 20.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
