Still holding around 156ish yesterday had about 1300 calories total That's more than usual was a little more hungry I think because on my feet all day working And my sleep wasn't very good last night onl
156.6 lb Lost so far: 6.4 lb.    Still to go: 6.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
