Today my weight is where I hoped it would be. I usually have a little jump on Sunday, but I burned alot of calories yesterday. Wonder what tomorrow will bring. My daughter has joined me for my workouts the past two nights. I doubt it will last, but it is great for her to be getting into the idea of exercising more.
207.4 lb Lost so far: 67.6 lb.    Still to go: 2.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
