This is the end of winter for me. What an emotional time it has been. Being on a strict diet when its cold is not easy. Im glad i did not gain too much. Lets see if I can get to 86kgs in the next 4 weeks.
198.4 lb Lost so far: 33.1 lb.    Still to go: 33.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
