Awww, I hear you.
How would you feel about doing a kick-start with a non-WW approach, and then going back to WW? Sometimes changing angles of approach helps me to get back on track and re-connect with what worked in the past.

Hello there. I understand the being upset and not in control of your weight. I felt defeated and I did not like the feeling. I have relapsed many times but this time I am in touch with me and why I have to stay focused no matter what. So with the driving force to loose weight so that I will not develop diabetes, have to go on dialysis as my mother did, then she died at age 64 all because of not making a change to live a healthier life long before we allow the damage to take place. You are blessed by the best.

Have you ever watched that show "My 600-pound Life"? It is not pleasant, but it really makes me think about many issues surrounding weight and weight loss.

Honestly, relying on willpower has never worked for me. I have been overweight for about ten years. I tried dieting a hundred times and felt like a complete failure, that is until I went low carb, and then keto. I am never ever hungry which I never thought was possible. I also intermittent fast, eating only between 12 noon and 7pm. I have painlessly lost 45lbs since March. Maybe you are not the problem. Maybe your way of eating is sabotaging you. Don't be so hard on yourself. You can do this but not by white knuckling it. You need to find a method that you can stick to that is not such a struggle. 😊
