Had aches, runny nose, sore throat...all the makings of a bad cold. Left work early and went to bed. I do have a road trip to Snohomish this weekend after all! Feeling a little better today.
155.0 lb Lost so far: 18.0 lb.    Still to go: 30.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
