aaarrrrggghhhh just cannot find the will power to give up the sugar!! the sweeties, the cakes, the chutney cheesenaks and and AAANNNDDD!! burning 10,000 kcal a month just with the running but consuming more than that with the junk...

mad at myself, but not enough to stop!! winter weather NOT helping...
151.2 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 19.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 0.3 lb a week

try the FIR sauna to burn 600calories per 30min session aim for 3 times a week and simply add yoga and walking to your day The damage to joints and joggers knee are not fun to deal with as u age

Drink a glass of water before every sweet, see if that helps, or drink a small glass of warm milk with a teaspoon of honey. Sorry that is all tips I have. Just know you can do this
