Had a great day of eating yesterday! I felt like every time i got done eating it was time to eat again. Took a walk last night with my husband and baby for a little exercise too. (since it was a rest day) i see alot of people on here on a ketogenic diet, but it just doesn't seem healthy to me at all. its a diet, it cant be a prolonged lifestyle. my changes have been made into a lifestyle...i eat clean, colorful with lots of lean proteins and healthy oils/fats. i avoid dairy and use a protein nutmilk. i drink lots and lots of water and no longer drink any alcohol. im very passionate about food and exercise and that is just what works best for me. ok rant done...and hapoy dance for being down again today :)
141.4 lb Lost so far: 0.6 lb.    Still to go: 9.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
