didn't lose any weight but I'll take that as a win win my birthday weekend big party, lot's of bad eating plus I've had people take me out to dinner three times this week. Now to buckle down and try to lose at least 10 lbs by june 1st
225.0 lb Lost so far: 108.0 lb.    Still to go: 15.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
