im so over the moon i hav lost 5 pounds in 3 wk and know its slow but the last time i weight this much i was 15 yrs old so gonna hav to give myself a pat on the back i think :)
185.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 45.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
