It is very discouraging to have fallen this far. From 142 last summer, to 158 mid winter, now 172 early spring.

I must focus not on how terrible I feel, but where I want to be in 4 or 5 months, and my power to change things for the better.

Exercise begins today along with a cleaner, more careful diet.
172.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 34.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
gaining 2.2 lb a week

Good positive outlook! It's great to vent your negativities, and then throw them away and focus on the positive. Step off the scale and into the gym. :o) You've got this!
