Looks like the Mexican food I ate on Monday night gave me way too much sodium... so my weight flared up as I expected that it would. But after a few days of eating right... it went back to where I left off.

154.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 9.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
