Well-I did horrible over the holidays and have missed several meetings. Considering this I am happy with my small gain today. After the new year I really felt like I had let myself down. I ate and ate and ate when I should not have. But-this is my first holiday season when I have attempted to eat right-and I think I did pretty good. I am trying to excersize as much as possible. I want 50 lbs GONE by spring. I want to some of my old clothes! Thanks everybody for the encouragement!
294.0 lb Lost so far: 36.0 lb.    Still to go: 114.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
on diet Weight Watchers   gaining 0.5 lb a week

You'll be there. That is basically a pound a week and we both know you are capable of that. By the end of April you'll be wearing shorts with more confidence than you've had in a long time. Great job!
