Since I’ve started being more conscientious about the number and kind of carbs I’m eating my average blood sugar has gone from 125 to 118 in about two weeks time.
138.5 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 18.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.5 lb a week
