Not only did we let go that last .6 lbs of water, but we have a new stated low and yours truly is "back in the 80's". Minus a couple of these 80's pounds, and I can start pulling out some clothes I haven't worn in a while! yay!
189.8 lb Lost so far: 20.2 lb.    Still to go: 39.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
