Well.. I was holding steady at 212-213 for years.!! Then I started cutting carbs, stuck to protein, down to 199, finally, within 3 -4 weeks time. Then I went on vacation for 12 days, gained some back, 205, but it's slowly coming off, slowly. I haven't been nearly as strict with cutting out the carbs, so that has not helped but I try everyday. And today is another day.
202.3 lb Lost so far: 9.7 lb.    Still to go: 27.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.7 lb a week
