I would like to not only look good and feel good but I have a pair of jeans that I absolutely love and would like to wear them for my sons BIRTHDAY if at all possible. So the plan is to stick with a 1200 cal intake for the next sixty days and see were that gets me. I will weigh in at the beginning of every week to check weight-loss and no gain hopefully. I would like to lose roughly a pound a day if possible for this special day. Wish me luck.
