Mlm ini bikin jelly plain buat ngemil besok.smoga bsk tak tergoda untuk ngemil yg manis tp konsisten nyemilin jelly ajah yg kalorinya cuma 50.lumayanlah drpd ngemil wafer n tmn2 nya yg beratus kalori. Plus uda pasti 700ml air masuk ke tubuh via si jelly td. Semangaaattt!!
