yes gewicht kunnen vasthouden ondanks drie(!) familie bezoeken. wel chococookie geen borrelnootjes. wel pizza, geen stokbrood. wel makreel, geen geraspte kaas... werkt :)
170.9 lb Lost so far: 20.9 lb.    Still to go: 16.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
