Doing pretty good with the weight loss but did think I could get a pound a day with only 500 to 800 calories. Must begin another exercise program. Only focused the last 20 days although started slow in November. Took off pretty good in March and still working on those last 20 lbs which appear to be the hardest... firming up will help
