Well, I tried. 1/2 pound just doesn't seem like enough for all the effort. I am losing my motivation............
147.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 22.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Oh no, don't quit! Maybe you just need to mix it up a bit. Besides a loss is a loss. Keep trying and push yourself a little harder, you can do it. We all get a little down sometimes, but we have to pick ourselves up and get moving..or we might just get left behind! You CAN do it!!!

Hang in there. Some weeks I think I did great and only lose a pound or less and then the next week I will have a larger weight loss.Make sure you are drinking your water and try and get in the exercise. It does make a difference. Hope you have a terrific week
