It's Been a while, and i had a few naughty days, But after traveling hours straight,then a 14 hour drive I am Back home in NC, and all told I did not do to bad.
283.2 lb Lost so far: 127.8 lb.    Still to go: 3.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
