Maintaining. Ate too late last night, but didn't eat any sweets yesterday.
Breakfast: cantaloupe and 2 boiled eggs
Lunch: ham sandwich and yogurt with fresh cherries and pistachios
Supper: Greek chicken kabob with pasta salad and roasted veggies
Activity: little bit of walking with the dog
It's hot again and the mosquitos are vicious.

More rain today, so that means more new leak stains showing up on our ceilings. I'm upset that our contractor used a roofer just 4 years ago that obviously didn't do the job right. He's our friend, so it's going to be an awkward situation to get this resolved.

We met with our financial planner yesterday and talked about transitioning into retirement in the next 5 to 10 years. It was a sobering discussion since we're way behind on saving enough.
213.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 63.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Nicely done, avoiding those sweets. Your diet overall sounds pretty healthy with mostly whole foods. To avoid a plateau, simply eliminate one of the processed items, like the pasta salad.
