So far so good... im working out more, and feeling better... able to eat a little more stuff of what i like but still keeping it within reason... cant complain yet... hopefully i can shed the weight before summer starts
237.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 62.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
