Back to work and stress. My oldest is back in school, and I need to make healthier meals. I try hard every day, but sometimes I just hate having to watch what I eat. I wish I could eat anything, and not have to think about it. The I remember watching Big Medicine on TLC, and seeing those people who weigh so much try so hard and still have to have the surgery, and I just put what ever it is that is bothering me out of my head.
