I haven't been as strick on my diet, and due to injury I've been unable to run. I recently started running after a month 1/2. But slowly and gradully. I'm up to a mile 1/2. I know I've been slacking and I know what I have to do to get back on track. My goal is to get on my old routine and stick to it. And be bikini ready for summer. :)
