My weight has been steady for a few days. I was hoping for more of a drop, but that will come. I certainly ate too much last night. Pam made turkey bacon wrapped shrimp and scallops for supper. I'm feeling good today. I had a great plyometrics workout last night and I feel like the ear is clearing up some today. The visit to the doctor went well yesterday. He believes I have a blocked gland that isn't letting my ear drain. He put me on zyrtec and a nasal spray to clear it up. I already notice a difference this morning.
209.4 lb Lost so far: 65.6 lb.    Still to go: 4.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
