So embarrassed and humbled. After 21 days of eating only 1 meal a day, and losing almost 20 lbs, I fell off the wagon and had a major cheat day yesterday. By midnight I wanted to give up the whole thing. Decided not to give up, though. Back on the fasting wagon, but I got some sugar free creamer for my coffee so I can have coffee again. Lord, help!! :)
230.2 lb Lost so far: 16.6 lb.    Still to go: 30.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

It's just a bump in the road. Small gains over a brief period are often just water weight; you might take off five pound overnight if you watch your sodium intake and your digestive system cooperates. Keep doing the things that work for you and focusing on sustainable good habits.
