I feel great!

A couple of weeks ago, my weight loss endeavor was stalled. I just wanted someone to tell me what to do and I swore I would do it. I found it, and it's going sooo great! I'm so happy! :) I'm working out more, now that I have an idea of what I'm going to be doing at the gym (lol).
Since my last weigh in of 246, I've gotten down to 233 somehow. I don't know, but it just happened, I wasn't really doing anything, lol. Started on 2-22 at 233, and my recent weigh in on 3-12 was 221 :) So I've been pretty steady.

This past weekend, however, I cheated because of my daughter's birthday, well I didn't go overboard, but I enjoyed myself. I also did a big no-no because my husband took me out and enjoyed some alcoholic beverages (lol), but I'm not even sweating it or feeling guilty, because I know I can get back on track today :)

All in all, I'm feeling pretty good! About ready to hit the gym now, so ttyl!

221.0 lb Lost so far: 19.0 lb.    Still to go: 81.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 0.4 lb a week
