Had oral surgery 2 weeks ago and cannot eat anything except soft (very soft) food - so I have been eating tapioca pudding (no sugar added) and the Jello brand of puddings (sugar free). For breakfast I drink a protein shake with all of 90 cal plus a teaspoon of olive oil (another 120 cal). So I am not eating much these days. I am not hungry at all.
Saw one of my docs today who encouraged me to stay on the diet after my mouth heals. I have, with the weight loss, lost the atrial fib and flutter, too! So, if I can stick it out, there is a possibility that more weight will disappear. Question is, will it reappear once I am able to tolerate eating "real" food?
