Exercised Sun/Mon with some running, feeling puffed.
Starting to think before I eat.
Try not to eat after 7pm.
Must get a flat stomach and get to 70 kilos. 😄
171.5 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 12.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 1.0 lb a week
