FINALLY!!! Another pound down, that makes about 4.5 lbs lost over the past 3 weeks. Just keep telling myself, slow and steady wins the race....
145.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 10.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
