eat mostly plants some fish and chicken seeds and nuts can not tweak any further weight stays same and yes i exercise
223.0 lb Lost so far: 27.0 lb.    Still to go: 23.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
steady weight

Try to add more calories (only once a week=charging )- and keep working out. The weight will go down 🤓
