Holy crap!
The holidays just about killed me! Chocolate and booze and cheese and late nights and poor sleep...
I bought a pedometer and I'll be using that starting tomorrow, plus I'm taking my vitamins and supplements.
I'll be starting yoga again and probably try 8 Minutes in the Morning to get going again.
I can't buy all new clothes because I'm too fat to fit in what I already own!!!
