Have been too busy to be on here but have been keeping my dieting in mind! I have started new and more exercises to do! 100 crunches, 100 lunges(50each leg)
285.6 lb Lost so far: 8.4 lb.    Still to go: 91.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.9 lb a week
