My weight seems to be pretty stable now. I still want to lose 5 lbs. I had a pretty good yoga workout last night. I haven't done it in a long time, so it was pretty shaky at best. Tonight is legs and back. I'm looking forward to it. I'm already seeing results from the training. It feels good to get back into shape.
207.2 lb Lost so far: 67.8 lb.    Still to go: 2.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
