Back again to record what I'm eating and to try to see if certain foods might be more triggering of GI issues. I don't feel that I even know how to eat anymore, but I want to trust my body and not make it the enemy. Today, cramps and discomfort shortly after eating 2 meals, and choking sensation after an iced drink.
177.0 lb Lost so far: 13.0 lb.    Still to go: 47.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
